二、轻钢建筑基本情况说明
澳大利亚早在20世纪60年代就提出了“快速安装预制住宅”的概念,但由于市场尚未成熟,并未得到很好发展。到了1987年,高强度冷弯薄壁钢结构出现,澳大利亚与新西兰的联合规范AS/NZS4600冷弯成型结构钢规范于1996年发布实施。这种钢材承载力高,与相同承载力的木材相比,只是木材的1/3重,表面经镀锌处理,在免大修的情况下,耐久性可达75年。
